Gov. DeSantis signs Toll Relief Program. Frequent users could save 50%

Governor Ron DeSantis signed Senate Bill 6A, establishing the Toll Relief Program through the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), which will provide account credits to frequent commuters using toll roads across the state. The program will give Floridians with 35 or more toll transactions per month a 50% credit to their account. The legislation, originally proposed by Governor DeSantis in September of this year, was successfully passed during the recent Legislative Special Session. The holiday season has arrived at the Miami Seaquarium with the debut of Sea of Lights, an all-new celebration featuring seasonal events including colorful twinkling decor, holiday shows and the first-ever Reef Santa. Governor DeSantis held a “Public Health Integrity Committee” live roundtable conference on December 13 with medical professionals and vaccine injured citizens and announced that the State of Florida is taking action to hold pharmaceutical companies accountable for COVID shot-related injuries and misconduct. Armando Gonzalez knows all too well the difference a person’s foot health can make. As a cross country runner, the junior at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School has a deep appreciation for the right shoes and having strong feet.
“When you get out of bed the first thing that touches the ground are your feet, and if you are not taking care of them it’s going to hurt to walk, run or even move around,” Gonzalez said.
